Before you go

Know before you shop.

  • Disney won't hold your bags

Disney no longer sends purchases to the front of the park or to your hotel. Rent a locker, usually near the park entrance, or ask the Cast Member at checkout to mail items home for a small fee.

  • Universal hotel? Free delivery

Staying at a Universal Orlando hotel? Most park stores can send purchases to your hotel for free, ready the next day at luggage services or the front desk. It isn't offered on your checkout day; ask about paid Park-to-Home Shipping instead.

    Universal Studios Florida →

  • Shop on the way out

Islands of Adventure Trading Company, on the left as you enter, stocks the most popular items from the park's smaller shops. Buy on your way out instead of carrying bags all day.

  • CityWalk is free to enter

No park ticket needed. You can walk into CityWalk without park admission; you only pay for parking during the day.

    Universal CityWalk →

  • Festival merch sells out

Festival merchandise sells out. The 2026 Food & Wine collection of apparel, headwear, kitchen items and pins is sold at Creations Shop and festival markets only while supplies last.

    EPCOT →

  • Pin trading rules

For pin trading, buy pins and a lanyard at a participating shop such as the SeaWorld Store. You can trade up to 3 pins per SeaWorld Ambassador per day, one for one.
