Three Parks and CityWalk
Universal Orlando Resort has two shopping layers. Inside the three theme parks, Universal Studios Florida, Universal Islands of Adventure and Universal Epic Universe, nearly every land has its own themed shop, and you need park admission to reach them. Outside the gates, Universal CityWalk sits between Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios Florida, and you don't need park admission to enter it. You do pay for parking.
A useful rule from Orlando Informer: each park has one large merchandise store on the left as you enter, and it carries the most popular items from the smaller shops inside. If you spot something mid-day, you can often pick it up on the way out instead of carrying it around.
Park by Park
Universal Studios Florida
The Universal Studios Store is the big one, on the left as you come in. Universal lists it for souvenirs and gifts from across the resort: logo clothing, collector pins, mugs and magnets.
The best browsing is in Diagon Alley. Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes is the joke shop, with tricks, toys and novelties like Pygmy Puffs alongside apparel and gifts. Wiseacre's Wizarding Equipment, on the same street, covers the practical side: wizarding wares and supplies, plus apparel, collectibles, toys and jewelry.
Over in Springfield, the Kwik-E-Mart sells themed T-shirts, hats, plush and mugs.
Universal Islands of Adventure
Port of Entry, the land just inside the gate, holds the main store. Islands of Adventure Trading Company sells gifts, apparel, jewelry and merchandise from all over the park. Nearby, Port Provisions is an outdoor stand for last-minute T-shirts, hats, toys and mugs, and DeFoto's Expedition Photography handles camera accessories and ride photos.
Hogsmeade has two shops worth the detour. Honeydukes is the sweet shop, with jelly beans in odd flavors, exploding bonbons and boxed chocolate frogs. Dervish and Banges carries school-style uniforms and clothing, sports gear such as brooms and T-shirts, and collectibles and toys.
In the Jurassic Park area, Universal's own blog calls Jurassic Outfitters the largest Jurassic store, stocked with toys, collectibles, themed apparel and drinkware.
Universal Epic Universe
Epic Universe's hub land, Celestial Park, is where most of the general shopping is. Other Worlds Mercantile is the main store on the left as you enter, with sundries, souvenirs, collectibles and gifts from every land in the park. Sensorium Emporium adds Universal gear and gifts.
Moonship Chocolates & Celestial Sweets is the candy and chocolate shop. North Star Wintry Wonders sells holiday gifts, toys and wooden presents all year. The Nintendo Super Star Store, also in Celestial Park, carries toys, clothing and souvenirs themed to the park's Nintendo land.
Each of the other lands has its own shops too. In the Isle of Berk area, for example, Viking Traders sells helmets, shields, shirts and other Viking-style gear.
Universal CityWalk
CityWalk is the shopping you can do on a non-park day, or after the parks close.
Universal Studios Store
The flagship Universal Studios Store opened in 2021 at 8,300 square feet, with more than 2,000 items, according to Universal's announcement. It covers merchandise from all the parks, including a SUPER NINTENDO WORLD section and a Wizarding World area with a Butterbeer counter. Orlando Informer places it next to Voodoo Doughnut. If you missed something inside a park, check here first.
Universal Legacy Store
The Universal Legacy Store opened alongside the flagship. It sells retro-themed merchandise for older and retired attractions, displayed with production art, vintage props, blueprints and construction photos.
Restaurant Shops
Three CityWalk restaurants have their own stores. The Smuggler's Hold, attached to Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville, sells island-style clothing, T-shirts, shot glasses, flip-flops, candles and margarita mixes. Candy Smith, inside The Toothsome Chocolate Emporium & Savory Feast Kitchen, sells chocolates, truffles, macarons and candy floss, plus gifts and clothing. The Rock Shop at Hard Rock Cafe Orlando has band shirts, hats, pins and Hard Rock-logo gifts.
Tip: For a souvenir that lasts longer, Hart & Huntington Tattoo Company is a working tattoo studio on CityWalk that also sells hats, tees and hoodies.
Hotel Delivery and Shipping
You can drop purchases at most stores in the theme parks and CityWalk and have them delivered. If you are staying at a Universal Orlando hotel, delivery to your hotel is free. Your bags are ready the next day at luggage services or the front desk, and Universal says deliveries arrive between 9am and 4pm. It isn't available on your checkout day, so ask the cashier about paid Park-to-Home Shipping instead. FedEx home delivery is also offered for a fee.
Day guests should plan to carry their bags. Universal's free package pick-up at the front of the parks, last run from the Universal Studios Store in CityWalk, ended for day guests in 2024. That makes the shop-on-the-way-out habit more useful.
The on-site hotels have shops of their own. There is a Universal Studios Store at several of them, and TouringPlans calls the one at Cabana Bay Beach Resort the largest hotel store on property.
Garages and Parking
Universal Studios Florida, Islands of Adventure and CityWalk share the resort's parking garages at 6000 Universal Boulevard. From the garages you walk through a security hub to CityWalk, with moving walkways for part of the trip. There are two garages and they don't connect, so note your section and row.
Epic Universe has its own parking at 1001 Epic Boulevard. Universal says a day's parking is valid at both Epic Universe and the main garages, so you can shop CityWalk after a day at Epic without paying twice.
For an evening at CityWalk, Universal offers free self-parking after 6pm, except on Halloween Horror Nights event nights. The free evening parking does not apply at Epic Universe.
