Two Stores, Both at Premium Outlets
Disney’s Character Warehouse sells overstock and past-season merchandise from Walt Disney World: things that left the parks’ shelves, not goods made for an outlet. Orlando has two, one at each Premium Outlets center, and both keep the same hours: Monday to Saturday 10am to 9pm, Sunday 11am to 7pm, as each mall’s store page lists them.
You don’t need a park ticket, and the malls are free to enter. The third Florida store, at Sawgrass Mills near Fort Lauderdale, closed on April 15, 2026, so these two are the ones to visit.
Orlando International Premium Outlets (International Drive)
At 4951 International Dr, unit 3E11C. The mall’s own page sends you to the back of the center, near the food court. The store’s phone number is 407-354-3255. Disney Tourist Blog’s October 2026 update says its author has had better luck here than at Vineland.
Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets (Vineland Avenue)
At 8200 Vineland Ave, unit 1252, closest to Disney Springs and the Disney resorts. Use the Adidas and Banana Republic entrance. The store’s phone number is 407-477-0222.
The Vineland store is moving to a bigger corner space in the same mall, across from the Starbucks kiosk and the Nike Factory Store, with its own door to the parking lot. In October 2026 the new space had "Coming Soon" signs and no date. Disney Tourist Blog hoped it would open by Christmas, so check before you go.
What You’ll Find, and What It Costs
Expect last season’s park merchandise: Loungefly and Dooney & Bourke bags, Minnie ears and headbands, hats, apparel, pins, mugs, plush, toys and home goods, plus Disney Cruise Line items. Holiday stock trails the calendar. Disney Tourist Blog saw Halloween goods in November and Christmas goods in January.
Blogs often quote 50 to 80% off, and bags can be around half their park price. Discounts are uneven, though: Disney Tourist Blog found a cruise shirt marked down by just $5. Treat it as a treasure hunt rather than a guaranteed bargain.
How to Shop It
- Expect a line. When it’s busy, a Cast Member takes your name and phone number and texts you when it’s your turn. Entry is one in, one out.
- Go on a weeknight evening. Mornings draw resellers, and waits are usually shortest near closing.
- Shop both stores. New stock arrives almost daily, so what’s at one isn’t at the other.
- Buy only what you’re sure of. Since February 1, 2026, all sales at Character Warehouse are final.
- Parking at Vineland: the garage costs $10. The free lot fills up and gets hectic.
Holiday Hours 2026
Both malls post the same holiday hours for 2026. They’re closed on Thanksgiving (Nov 26) and Christmas Day (Dec 25).
- Black Friday, Nov 27: 5am to 10pm
- Nov 28: 9am to 10pm
- Sundays Nov 29, Dec 6 and Dec 13: 10am to 9pm
- Dec 18 to 23: 9am to 10pm
- Christmas Eve: 9am to 6pm
- Dec 26: 9am to 10pm
- Sunday, Dec 27: 10am to 9pm
- New Year’s Eve: 10am to 6pm
These are the malls’ hours, so check the store if you’re planning an early or late visit.
